Our Story
Our modern adventure began in 2016 on the streets of Los Angeles, California. Starting as a humble Food Truck and evolving into a beloved restaurant, WetBurger shook up LA's streets with authentic Istanbul-style wet burgers. Despite great success, we took a break in 2018 for family reasons.
Now, in 2025, the legend returns home. We're redefining the concept in a historic mansion on the Bosphorus waterfront in Bebek-Arnavutköy. While our name pays homage to the street food classic 'WetBurger', our kitchen serves premium, luxury Gourmet Burgers crafted with the finest ingredients. This is where street soul meets gourmet sophistication.
